Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, confident, and well-organized Front Office Executive to manage the school's reception and front-office operations. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming students, parents, visitors, and staff, handling calls and correspondence, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front-office functioning.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a pleasant personality, robust coordination abilities, and good administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management
Manage the school's reception/front desk professionally and efficiently.
Welcome and assist parents, visitors, students, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the reception.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the appropriate department/person.
Receive, record, and distribute messages, documents, courier, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per school procedures.




Handle general enquiries and provide accurate information regarding school processes, timings, events, and facilities.
Coordination
Coordinate effectively with the Principal, School Administrator, teachers, transport, accounts, HR, security, housekeeping, and other departments.
Coordinate parent appointments and meetings with school authorities.
Communicate key information and updates to parents and staff as instructed.
Support coordination of school events, meetings, workshops, orientations, and other activities.
Follow up with concerned departments to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Assist in maintaining smooth communication between the front office and other school departments.
Communication
Handle all communication with parents, students, staff, and visitors professionally.
Draft and send professional emails, notices, messages, and routine correspondence.
