Role & responsibilities
Manage overall day-to-day mall operations.
Coordinate with tenants, brands, food outlets and service partners.
Ensure smooth functioning of security, housekeeping, maintenance and facility services.
Monitor customer experience, cleanliness, safety and overall mall standards.
Manage vendors and ensure timely completion of operational activities.
Coordinate with leasing and tenant teams for smooth business operations.
Monitor mall footfall, revenue, events and promotional activities.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
Prepare and review MIS, operational reports and budgets.
Lead and manage the mall operations team.
Ensure compliance with safety, security and statutory requirements.





Candidate Requirements
Graduate / Post Graduate preferred.
510 years of experience in Mall Management, Food Court Management, F&B; Operations, Restaurant Operations, Retail Operations or Hospitality.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Valuable knowledge of sales, operations, customer service and vendor management.
Robust communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple teams and operational activities simultaneously.
Candidates with experience in mall/food court operations will be preferred.
