Job Summary
The Recruitment & Administration Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while supporting the organization's day-to-day administrative operations. The role focuses on attracting and hiring quality talent, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring smooth office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Conduct initial HR interviews and assist in candidate evaluation.
Perform reference and background verification where required.
Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-joining formalities.




Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Administration
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
Coordinate employee attendance, leave records, and related administrative activities.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
Handle travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and meeting logistics as required.
Coordinate office maintenance and ensure a secure, organized, and effective workplace.
Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Assist with HR documentation, reports, and audits.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
