Key responsibilities
Acquire recent corporate salary accounts by approaching companies and their employees.
Build relationships with HR teams, payroll teams and corporate decision-makers.
Generate leads through corporate visits, references, networking and existing relationships.
Conduct employee salary-account acquisition drives at corporate offices.
Explain salary accounts, savings accounts, credit cards, loans and other banking products.
Complete KYC, documentation and account-opening processes while following bank compliance requirements.
Achieve monthly acquisition, activation and cross-selling targets.
Maintain relationships with corporate clients and employees after onboarding.
Coordinate with branch, operations and other product teams.
Track daily activity, leads, conversions and business performance.
