To plan, coordinate, execute and monitor civil and interior works for current Hatti Kaapi café outlets, renovations, relocations and maintenance projects. The position will ensure that projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget and quality standards, while coordinating effectively with contractors, vendors, architects and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities. Recent Outlet & Renovation Projects
Coordinate civil and interior works for recent café outlets, renovations and refurbishment projects.
Study approved drawings, BOQs, layouts and project specifications.
Conduct site inspections and assess site readiness before commencement of work.
Coordinate civil, flooring, masonry, plastering, painting, ceiling, plumbing and other related works.
Ensure execution is as per approved Hatti Kaapi design standards and specifications.
Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and identify delays immediately.

B. Contractor & Vendor Management
Coordinate with civil contractors, interior contractors, fabricators and other project vendors.




Obtain quotations and support comparison of contractor/vendor rates.
Monitor manpower deployment and productivity at project sites.
Verify work completion and contractor bills against actual site work.
Ensure contractors follow safety, quality and housekeeping requirements.
Coordinate rectification of defective or incomplete works.

C. Project Planning & Monitoring
Prepare project schedules and track daily/weekly progress.
Maintain project-wise status reports covering:
Project progress
Planned vs. actual completion
Material availability
Contractor status
Cost status
Pending approvals
Site issues
Escalate critical delays, cost overruns and technical issues to the reporting manager.
Coordinate with Operations, SCM, Purchase, Finance, IT, Electrical, Kitchen Equipment and other departments for timely project completion.
