Responsible for Hospital Out-patient/Inpatient operation administrative affairs and patient service. Monitor and control area Hospital & OP/IP Department Orientation, Job Training, and Continuous Education & supervises the activity of subordinates to assist in the execution of these responsibilities. Develop & implement measures in the area Hospital internal procedures related to patient inflow and outflow.
Responsible for the administration, direction and coordination of Hospital OP/IP Operations assigned departmental activities for the purpose of attaining customer satisfaction and the objectives set forth by the Unit Head.
Consult with and advice Department HODs on problem related to the operations of the assigned departments.
Supervise immediate subordinates in their performance of assigned responsibilities, providing advice, assistance and guidance as necessary.
Review operational reports and statistical data for OP/IP Operations on a continuing basis to help monitor assigned services operations.
