Role Overview:

Artech is looking for a client-focused Operations Credit Analyst to provide ongoing operational support across our clients' credit card and loan programmes. This includes Credit Decisioning, Credit Reference Agency (CRA) integrations, and Collections.

You will be a trusted point of contact for clients, helping them get the most out of their credit programmes, resolving issues, and providing accurate, timely advice on configuration and usage. Success in this role depends on solid product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues alike.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with credit card and loan programmes and understands the operational services that make them run smoothly and thrives on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Skills & Experience Needed:
Minimum 2 years' experience in an operational role, with exposure to credit card or loan programmes and related services (Credit Decisioning, Credit Reference Agencies, Collections)




A track record of solid client-facing support and relationship management
Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently, under pressure, and across multiple time zones in a rapid-paced environment
Confidence engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of seniority
Fluency in English
University degree and/or equivalent relevant work experience
