Job Title: IT Manager Infrastructure, Networking & Security

Education & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, VMware, Fortinet) preferred
Certifications in ITIL, Information Security and ISO standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, CISSP, CISM,CEH) are preferred.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and security administration
Proven experience managing Windows Server and Linux (Red Hat or equivalent) settings
Robust experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
Hands-on expertise in firewall, IDS/IPS, and network security management
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) is mandatory
Familiarity with Fortinet, Cisco ASA, and A10 Networks appliances is an added advantage
Exposure to ITIL Framework, ISO standards and Information Security frameworks is preferred

Key Skills & Competencies




Strong knowledge of network architecture, system administration, and IT security best practices
Ability to design, implement, and manage secure network infrastructures, including VLANs and segmentation
Expertise in data centre security, including inbound/outbound traffic control and firewall policies
Proficiency in load balancing and network performance optimization
Understanding of Information Security principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001)
Experience in IT governance frameworks and security compliance standards
Robust problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to infrastructure and security management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
