Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and enquiries.
Explain travel packages and assist customers.
Follow up with leads and support bookings.
Maintain customer records and daily updates.
Requirements:
Freshers are welcome.
Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Training will be provided. Outstanding interns may be offered a full time position based on performance.
