About the Role

Phoenix Business Advisory is looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Strategist to lead the overall marketing strategy across business verticals and drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital & offline marketing strategies.
Lead brand building, positioning, and brand management.
Develop GTM (Go-to-Market) and growth marketing strategies.
Understand consumer psychology and customer journeys.
Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns.
Implement marketing automation and improve customer engagement.
Identify current growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams.
Track marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI.

Pay: ₹20,306.25 - ₹40,084.19 per month
