Role Overview

We are looking for an Endpoint & OT Support Engineer to support enterprise endpoint infrastructure, IT operations, and OT settings. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Intune administration, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows endpoint management, ITSM processes, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support endpoints through Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
Deploy applications, patches, and security updates across enterprise devices.
Administer Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP.
Provide L2/L3 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and OT endpoints.
Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
Handle Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management using ServiceNow.
Monitor endpoint security, compliance, antivirus updates, and vulnerability remediation.
Manage IT assets,



CMDB records, hardware lifecycle, and user access administration.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and service delivery.
Create SOPs, technical documentation, RCA reports, and operational reports.
