Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage investor relationships, assist clients with mutual fund investments, and ensure a seamless client servicing experience. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about finance, investments, client engagement, and long-term relationship management.

The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their financial requirements, support investment-related processes,



and contribute to client retention and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth by acquiring new investors and converting prospects through field visits, client meetings, and relationship-building activities.
Schedule, attend, and document client meetings, including maintaining proper MoM and follow-ups
Manage client onboarding, KYC processing, transactions, and documentation while ensuring compliance standards
Build and maintain solid client relationships by understanding financial goals and investment requirements
Assist clients with mutual fund-related queries, SIPs, and investment processes
Re-engage inactive clients and encourage fresh or increased investments
Ensure timely client servicing, relationship management, and long-term retention
Coordinate with internal teams and management for the smooth execution of client requests
Prepare regular reports and updates regarding client interactions and service act
