Responsibilities
Monitor and manage operations using Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
Handle L1/L2 incidents, ticket triage, and operational support.
Implement AI/ML-based ticket routing and operational workflows.
Prepare operational reports and coordinate with teams.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance and risk management.

Requirements
Hands-on experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform.
Knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI in operations.
Experience with automation, documentation, and workflow optimization.
