Lead and perform the migration of classic SharePoint sites and solutions to up-to-date SharePoint Online settings.
• Design and implement scalable intranet solutions using SPFx, Power Automate, and other M365 tools.
Automate site provisioning, content migration, and governance workflows to ensure consistency and quality.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize communication activities, engagement metrics, and performance outcomes.
Provide expert-level support for SharePoint Online, including troubleshooting, optimization, and user enablement.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
