10+ years demonstrated robust expert level technical experience in working with Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), AWS, VMWare, Citrix, Nutanix Xi Frame
Solid experience in troubleshooting VDI deployments
PowerShell scripting is required
End-user services domain and associated technical expertise in the following areas: VDI, cloud VDI, and Application Virtualization, workplace automation
Experience with installation, management, operations, administration and support of the hardware and software that provide secure access to the Enterprise Compute systems that require it (e.g., Citrix Metaframe, virtual desktops, Microsoft Terminal Services).
Solution Planning and implementation of VDI – Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
Understanding of UX monitoring solutions viz ControlUP, SysTrack
Develop detailed implementation guidelines,
document, process, and use templatized approaches for new and old customer opportunities.
Provide advanced technical support, root cause analysis, monitoring, and management of the Cloud Workspace infrastructure.
Manage the Cloud Workspace labs and ensure it's always up to date with the latest features.
Work with various stakeholders to make sure that the client's policies & devices always up to date and are implemented across the enterprise
Enable enterprise-wide implementation of Cloud Workspace solutions
Coordinate with the Unified Communications and Directory Services teams as needed.
Prepare technical documentation and implementation guides as needed to support the Cloud Workspace environment.
Provide recommendations for optimization and assist with implementation of any improvements identified
