We are looking for an experienced Eligibility & Accumulator Analyst to manage and resolve operational issues related to eligibility, accumulators, claims, and healthcare data. The role involves SQL-based data analysis, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, file monitoring, ticket resolution, and collaboration with technical and business teams to ensure data accuracy and system performance.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor eligibility, accumulator, and inbound/outbound file processing.
Analyze data using SQL and identify trends or discrepancies.
Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Manage and resolve client/vendor support tickets and escalations.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, security, and compliance.
Work with technical teams to implement solutions and improvements.
Document issues, workflows, and resolutions.




Support testing and continuous process improvement.

Required Profile
3+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
Moderate to Advanced SQL
Solid data analysis and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of health insurance, pharmacy/medical claims, eligibility, and accumulators
Understanding of HIPAA, PHI, PII, GDPR or similar data controls
Robust communication, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
