Job Description – Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager

Location: Jaipur

Industry: Hospital / Healthcare (MANDATORY)

Experience: Minimum 3 Years – Mandatory experience in Hospital/Healthcare Industry

Salary: As per Market Standards

Key Responsibilities:-
Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations, including Tally, Accounts Payable, billing, vendor payments, cash and bank transactions.
Handle TDS compliance, including deduction, timely deposit, quarterly returns, Form 13 applications and related follow-ups.
Manage GST compliance, including GST computation, GSTR-1, GST returns, timely payment of GST liabilities and coordination with consultants/auditors.
Handle Income Tax matters, including advance tax, ITR filing, assessments, notices, appeals, hearings and MAT-related compliances.
Manage PF, ESIC, Gratuity and other statutory employee-related compliances, including full & final settlements.
Handle hospital/panel billing, claim settlements, rejected/deduction claims, recoveries and payment follow-ups.
Manage MOUs, Bank Guarantees,



recoveries and panel-related financial documentation.
Supervise Accounts Payable, including GRN/invoice accounting, vendor verification and approval of payments.
Handle Bank Reconciliation for all bank accounts and maintain regular bank balance updates.
Coordinate with banks, CA/consultants, statutory auditors and internal auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Manage ROC compliances, including resolutions, minutes, annual returns and KYC of bank accounts/directors.
Maintain Fixed Asset Register, payment registers, vendor records, FMS records and other statutory/internal records.
Manage payments including salary, electricity bills, doctor fees/consultation shares, loans, EMIs, SIPs, insurance and other financial obligations.
Prepare MIS, financial and operational reports and provide regular updates to Management.
