We are looking for a qualified finance qualified with solid experience in financial consolidation, IFRS/Ind AS reporting, and group reporting activities.

The candidate will be responsible for preparation and review of consolidated financial statements, intercompany reconciliations, monthly closing activities, and supporting statutory/audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
Handle group reporting and consolidation activities under Ind AS / IFRS.
Review and reconcile intercompany balances and transactions.
Manage foreign currency translation and elimination entries.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.




Coordinate with subsidiaries/business units for reporting packages and timelines.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Assist in preparation of schedules for statutory audit, internal audit.
Work on acquisition accounting, business combinations, and related adjustments if applicable.
Analyze financial data and provide variance explanations to management.
Support automation and process improvement initiatives in reporting/consolidation.
Liaise with external auditors and cross-functional stakeholders.
