Roles and Responsibilities:
Understand the company’s supply chain process and objectives, and develop strategies to improve efficiencies
Analyse data to identify trends and recommend solutions for streamlining the supply chain
Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions
Manage inventory levels to ensure that materials are available as needed.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure that they meet quality standards and delivery timelines
Coordinate with internal departments to forecast future needs and develop plans to accommodate growth
Prepare reports on supply chain metrics for upper management
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements
Train and mentor junior staff members




Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and skills
Previous experience as a supply chain manager in the Courier industry.
Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.
Solid communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Creative problem-solving
A strategic and analytical mind
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a similar field

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
