Business Development & Sales Ownership (50%)

Market Development
Identify and develop current business opportunities for ChemKart's food ingredient portfolio.
Develop customer pipeline across:
Bakery
Confectionery
Dairy
Beverage
Processed Foods
Nutraceutical Foods
Functional Foods
Plant-based Nutrition
Map potential customers, applications and market opportunities.
Develop territory and customer acquisition plans.

Customer Management
Build relationships with:
R&D; teams
Purchase teams
Quality teams
Business owners
Conduct customer visits, product presentations and technical-commercial discussions.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable ingredient solutions.
Manage prospects from initial enquiry to commercial conversion.

Sales Responsibility
Generate sales pipeline and achieve business development targets.
Prepare quotations in coordination with commercial teams.
Negotiate commercial terms with customers.
Track customer trials, approvals and conversion opportunities.




Develop long-term customer relationships.

Market Intelligence
Monitor:
Competitor activities
Market trends
New product launches
Pricing trends
Customer requirements
Provide inputs for portfolio expansion and supplier selection.
Technical Sales & Application Development (50%)

Ingredient Application Support
Develop robust understanding of ChemKart's ingredient portfolio and functionality.
Provide technical support during customer discussions and trials.
Recommend suitable ingredients based on application requirements.
Support customers in formulation improvement and troubleshooting.

Customer Trials & Product Development
Coordinate and participate in customer trials.
Work closely with customer R&D; teams for:
Product development
Ingredient replacement
Cost optimization
Functional improvement
Record trial results and develop technical success stories.
