Job Responsibilities
Handle patient billing and payments
Collect cash, card and digital payments
Prepare and issue bills and receipts
Maintain daily cash records and transaction details
Handle OP and IP billing as required




Coordinate with the Front Office, Billing and Accounts Departments
Verify billing details and payment information
Maintain proper documentation of transactions
Perform daily cash reconciliation
Handle patient and attendant billing enquiries professionally
Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information

Ability to work in shifts when required
