Project Manager / Site Supervisor Retail Interior

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor retail interior projects from start to completion.
Manage site supervisors, contractors, workers, and vendors.
Prepare and monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, procurement, factory, and internal teams.
Monitor daily site progress, manpower, and productivity.
Verify measurements, work quantities, and completed work.
Ensure work quality as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
Control material wastage and ensure proper utilization.
Identify and resolve site-related issues and delays.
Maintain regular project reports and update senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and site safety procedures.
Handle contractor/vendor coordination and follow up on pending work.
Escalate major project, quality, cost, or timeline issues to management.
