Roles & Responsibilities – Applications Intern
University Shortlisting: Assist in researching and shortlisting universities based on the student's academic profile, preferred course, country, budget, and career goals.
Resume/CV Preparation: Assist students in creating and formatting skilled resumes/CVs according to university and course requirements.
Document Collection: Follow up with students to collect required documents such as transcripts, passports, test scores, resumes, SOPs, and LORs.
Document Organization: Organize and maintain student documents systematically for easy access and application processing.
Application Support: Assist the senior Applications Team in preparing university application forms and ensuring the required information is available.
Student Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with students regarding pending documents, application requirements, deadlines, and other necessary information.
Application Tracking: Maintain and update trackers/CRM with application status, submission dates, pending requirements, and university responses.




University Research: Research university requirements, eligibility criteria, deadlines, scholarships, and other relevant information.
Deadline Management: Maintain records of significant university application deadlines and remind the concerned team/student when required.
Offer Letter Tracking: Assist in maintaining records of offer letters and updating student application statuses.
Data Entry & CRM Management: Keep student information, application details, follow-ups, and relevant records updated accurately.
Application Quality Checks: Assist in checking applications and documents for basic errors, missing information, or inconsistencies before they are submitted by the senior team.
Coordination with Counsellors: Work with the Counselling Team to understand student preferences and shortlisted universities.
