About the Role
We are looking for a Revenue & Legal Advisor to support our real estate operations in matters related to land, property documentation, revenue records, registrations and legal compliance.
Freshers with an LL.B. degree and a robust interest in real estate/property law are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Verify and review land and property documents.
Check Khasra, Khatauni, B-1, P-II, mutation and other revenue records.
Conduct basic title and ownership verification of properties.
Assist in land and property legal due diligence.
Coordinate with Tehsil, Patwari, Revenue Department, Sub-Registrar and other government offices.
Handle documentation related to sale deeds, agreements, lease deeds, POA, development agreements and other property documents.
Assist in property registration and mutation-related work.
Identify legal/revenue issues in land documents and report them to senior management.
Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants when required.
Assist with RERA and real-estate regulatory compliance.
Maintain proper records of property documents and ongoing legal matters.
Follow up on pending applications, registrations, mutations and revenue matters.
Provide basic legal/revenue support to the management and project team.
Eligibility
LL.B. / LLB graduate from a recognized university.
Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in real estate legal, land/revenue, property documentation or legal practice will be preferred.
Knowledge of Chhattisgarh land/revenue procedures will be an advantage.
Advocate enrollment is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.
