Recruit recent Insurance Advisors/Agents.
Train and motivate advisors to sell life insurance products.
Help advisors generate leads and close sales.
Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Conduct joint sales calls with advisors.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in sales, insurance, banking, NBFC, or financial services preferred.
Ability to recruit and manage a sales team.
