Qualification – MBA / PGDM – Sales & Marketing preferred

Key Responsibilities :
Identify and develop current business opportunities in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services.
Generate leads through market research, networking, references, and client visits.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, commercial establishments, IT parks, hospitals, hotels, and other institutions.
Understand client requirements and propose customized facility management solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, commercial proposals, and quotations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and handover to Operations.
Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to understand operational requirements.
Participate in RFPs, tenders, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management.
Monitor competitor activities,



market trends, pricing, and current business opportunities.
Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Preferred Skills :

Positive knowledge of MS Office and CRM/sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
