Role Overview

Pratiti Technologies is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer with 8+ years of experience in software testing and automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript and a robust understanding of up-to-date test automation practices.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality software releases through functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. You will also play a key role in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, enabling continuous quality and faster delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks for web applications.
Execute functional, regression, integration,



and end-to-end test suites to ensure product quality.
Set up, integrate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and automated deployments.
Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to identify quality risks early in the development lifecycle.
Analyze test results, investigate defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Improve automation coverage, optimize testing strategies, and recommend best practices for quality assurance.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Maintain comprehensive test documentation and automation reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
35 years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation.
