Key Responsibilities:
Attend customers and take orders accurately.
Handle POS billing and cash/card/UPI payments.
Suggest menu items and promote offers to customers.
Coordinate with the kitchen for timely order delivery.
Maintain counter cleanliness and proper product display.
Handle customer queries and provide positive service.
Maintain accurate cash and billing records.
Follow QSR hygiene, service, and company standards.
Support the team during peak hours.
