Job description: SAP ICM Functional Consultant.
Monitoring & Support of SAP ICM related Incidents, Service Requests and Change / Enhancement Requests, Communication with the stakeholders Client/Management/SDM/ Key Users/Business Users and others as applicable.
Requirement Gathering/Documentation/Configuration in SAP/Verification of the deliverables.
Support for period end closing activities & end user training.
Preferred candidate profile
Should have experience in solution design and implementation including technical architecture for SAP ICM.
Should have valuable exposure on Master Data, Setup, Commission, Periodical processes, Entitlement and Liability Transfer, Portfolio Assignment (PFO), Credential (CRD) and Reporting
Should have positive exposure in Commission case production issues resolution, settlement process.
Should have experience in end-end implementation projects/Rollouts.
Should have positive Exposure to interfaces with other systems like FSCD.
Should have experience in implementing ICM solutions for Insurance Customers.
Exposure to ABAP Language will be added advantage
