Key Responsibilities
Project Governance: Set up and manage recent projects, track progress, and provide executive reporting on status, risks, and prospects.
Budget Management: Create and manage budget tracking tools, monitor expenses, and support milestone-based payments.
Resource Management: Assist with resource planning, onboarding/offboarding, and maintain resource allocation records.
Processes & Tools: Develop and improve PMO processes, templates, and tools. Train teams and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
815 years of PMO/project management experience, including change/transformation projects
Experience in global projects with multi-region teams
Experience with Japanese companies (preferably in financial services)
Robust skills in program planning, financial tracking, and stakeholder communication
Proficiency in MS Office tools and Power BI
Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 or higher)
PMP certification is a plus
