Role Summary

We are looking for a Software Developer to build and maintain the applications that run our operations, server-side services, APIs and integrations, along with the dashboards, tooling and real-time interfaces that sit on top of them.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test and maintain applications, services and REST APIs
Build and maintain integrations between internal applications and third-party systems, including CRM, telephony and reporting platforms
Develop internal tools, dashboards and reporting interfaces, including real-time operational views
Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries
Build and maintain background jobs, queues and scheduled processing
Implement logging, monitoring, error handling and access controls to production standards
Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to business and operations teams
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into working solutions
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment and release activities




Maintain technical documentation for applications, integrations and processes
Identify and automate manual processes where the effort is justified

Required Skills and Experience
2–6 years of skilled software development experience, including systems you have taken to production and supported afterwards
Robust server-side development in Node.js / TypeScript or Python. Depth in another language (Java, C#, PHP) is acceptable.
Ability to read, extend and maintain an existing codebase you did not write.
Working knowledge of React or a comparable front-end framework, and the ability to build functional interfaces without a dedicated front-end developer
Solid SQL and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or MS SQL Server. Schema design, indexing and query tuning is also a plus
Experience designing REST APIs and integrating third-party systems, including authentication, rate lim
