Job Summary:
WebSenor is looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Counsellor to guide prospective clients/students, understand their requirements, answer queries, and help them make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective clients/students through phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services/programs.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Handle inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
Maintain lead, follow-up, and conversion records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.
Build robust client relationships.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving ability.
Basic MS Excel, MS Word, and email knowledge.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
Positive and professional attitude.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience:
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in counselling, customer service, sales, or telecalling can apply. Education counselling/admissions/CRM experience is an advantage.
