Responsibilities
Lead the diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on forklifts and related equipment.
Conduct routine maintenance checks and establish a preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime.
Oversee a team of mechanics, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, utilizing inventory management systems to track parts and equipment.
Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving equipment reliability and performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical issues.
