About Prep Right

Prep Right is an early childhood learning centre in Panchkula built around one straightforward belief — children learn best when they are curious, engaged and actively involved in their learning.

Our approach goes beyond traditional classroom teaching. We bring together play-based learning, hands-on experiences, right-brain development, early literacy, creativity, movement, communication and life skills to create meaningful learning experiences for young children.

We believe in nurturing the whole child — not rushing milestones, but building confidence, independence, curiosity and a genuine love for learning.

The Role

We are looking for warm, energetic and creative educators who genuinely enjoy working with young children.

This is a part time role of approximately 20 hours per week, making it suitable for educators who want meaningful work with some flexibility in their schedule.

You may be involved in:
Conducting engaging sessions with young children
Planning creative, play-based and hands-on activities
Storytelling, language and early literacy experiences




Art, music, movement and sensory activities
Supporting children’s social, emotional and communication development
Creating a warm, positive and stimulating classroom setting

Prior experience in early childhood education is preferred, but mindset, enthusiasm and willingness to learn matter enormously to us.
