• Handle project funding & project finance activities.
• Manage loan/funding documentation and disbursement.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and internal teams.
• Prepare cash flow, fund requirement & utilisation reports.
• Monitor project-wise fund utilisation and repayments.
• Support financial projections, budgeting, and project feasibility.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and MIS reporting
Preferred candidate profile
Solid knowledge of Real Estate Project Finance, Funding & Banking Coordination with excellent Excel and analytical skills.
MBA Finance (Full Time Mandatory)
Real Estate experience is mandatory
