Role Summary - We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to own paid advertising on Google & Meta, run our social

media presence, and support day-to-day marketing needs on our Shopify website. This is an execution-focused role for someone who

enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end, is comfortable with data, and has a creative instinct for social content, ideal for someone 1–3

years into their digital marketing career who wants real ownership.

Key Responsibilities -

Paid Advertising — Google & Meta Ads
Campaign planning & execution: Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance

Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness globally.
Budget & bid management: Manage daily/monthly ad budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to consistently hit

ROAS and CPA targets.
Creative testing: Run structured A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve

performance.




Performance monitoring: Track CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate daily, and action optimizations quickly.
Staying current: Keep up with Google & Meta algorithm changes, recent ad formats, and platform best practices.

Social Media Management
Content calendar: Plan and maintain a content calendar across the brand's social pages (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok)

aligned to product launches, festivals, and celebration occasions.
Content creation & coordination: Create or coordinate with designers/videographers to produce posts, reels, and stories that

reflect the brand's voice and party theme.
Community engagement: Own day-to-day engagement — respond to comments, DMs, reviews, and mentions promptly and on-

brand.
Growth & analytics: Track engagement rate, follower growth, reach, and impressions, and adjust strategy based on what's

working.
Influencer & UGC: Identify and coordinate
