Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

• Ensure merchandise is displayed as per Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines.
Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and store housekeeping.
Process billing and assist with store operations as required.
Follow company SOPs and maintain brand standards.

Eligibility
Graduate or Undergraduate (depending on store requirements). • Freshers are welcome to apply.




Prior retail/customer service experience is an added advantage. Skills Required
