The candidate will be involved in working with inventions in multiple technology areas. The job will involve working with inventors and R&D; department of technology companies.
The candidate will also be assisting patent attorneys in drafting patent applications, filing and prosecuting patent applications in India, and globally including United States, Europe, PCT and Japan; patent law research, prior art searches, patent searches like invalidation searches, FTO searches, landscape studies and other patent research activities.
Other activities include contributing in internal organizational activities, participating in conferences, exhibitions, and other knowledge-based events.
Basic Prior experience in Patent drafting, prosecution and handling.
