7+ years of SAP PLM experience with solid expertise in Recipe Management (SAP R/3-RM)
Deep understanding of specification management, output management, labeling, and compliance processes.
Must have expertise in Migration of Recipe & Specification Objects
Experience with data model harmonization, access control, and change management in PLM.
Familiarity with SAP DMS, and integration with external systems (e.g., Regulatory, ERP).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in performance tuning and enhancement impact analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct fit-gap analysis between legacy and target solution capabilities.
Define and document functional specifications, process flows,



and configuration requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, enhancement development, and interface design.
Configure SAP RD solution including specifications, recipes, label management, and output management.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during migration and hyper care phases.Role & responsibilities
