FITISTAN is hiring a Supply Chain & Logistics Intern to support daily operations related to inventory, shipping, and logistics coordination. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real supply chain operations in a fast-paced startup workplace and is ideal for candidates interested in operations, logistics, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities Inventory & Supply Management
Update and monitor inventory levels regularly
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Shipping & Dispatch Coordination
Coordinate packing, shipping, and dispatch activities
Ensure timely delivery and correct shipment documentation
Vendor & Partner Communication
Communicate with vendors and logistics partners
Track shipments and resolve delivery or logistics issues
Operational Support
Assist with day-to-day logistics operations
Respond to internal and external logistics-related queries
Who Can ApplyEducation
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business or a related field
Skills Required
Good proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets — basic formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, and data handling
Basic understanding of Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Knowledge of inventory management, stock tracking, order processing, and dispatch operations
Ability to maintain inventory records, purchase orders, shipment details, and stock reports
Basic understanding of WMS or inventory management software is a plus
Solid data entry and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to prepare daily/weekly MIS and operational reports
Positive communication and coordination skills with v
