VisioGen is India's AI-powered product in the ophthalmology and eye-care space, currently in an active pilot and productisation phase. The product sits at the intersection of clinical workflows, AI-assisted diagnostics, and a multi-channel go-to-market model - making execution clarity and cross-functional alignment critical to our speed.

We are looking for a Product Associate who functions as a mid-layer execution owner - someone who bridges the gap between product direction and engineering delivery. This is not a documentation or reporting role. You will translate strategy into structured, engineering-ready requirements, drive follow-through across workstreams, and ensure what gets built actually reflects what was intended.

What you'll do




Convert product ideas and SPM briefs into structured PRDs, BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed workflow maps
Sit with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to detail out requirements to the most granular level before sprint planning - acting as the bridge between SPM intent and engineering execution
Work directly with external development partners (e.g., RemoteEngine agency) to review workflows, validate implementations against problem statements, and provide written structured feedback
Drive end-to-end follow-ups across UI/UX, Operations, Marketing, and Engineering - closing loops without routing back through the PM
Anticipate risks, surface gaps early, and proactively unblock dependencies before they become blockers
Follow up relentlessly across all workstreams - track commitments and hold teams to timelines
Gather customer and stakeholder feedback from pilots; translate it into acti
