Position: LabSA Shift In-Charge
Experience: 7–8 years

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise LABSA plant shift operations to ensure protected, smooth, and productive production.
Monitor production parameters, quality, and equipment performance.
Lead shift operators and coordinate manpower deployment.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, SOPs, and environmental standards.
Handle shift-level troubleshooting, process deviations, and emergency situations.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and other departments.
Maintain shift production reports, logbooks, and operational records.
Drive productivity, minimize downtime, and ensure production targets are achieved.

Requirements: Diploma/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 7–8 years of relevant experience in LABSA/chemical plant operations, preferably with shift-handling experience.
