The Role

We're hiring a Marketing Manager who combines three skillsets that rarely live in one person: solid copywriting, hands-on design ability, and demand generation instincts. This is a full-stack execution role you'll take campaigns from concept through creative production, launch, and measurement, working directly with EigenRisk's U.S.-based marketing leadership.

This role is built for someone who is genuinely autonomous. You'll receive strategic direction and explicit priorities, but you'll own the how: planning your work, producing the assets, executing the campaigns, and reporting on what the results tell us. What You'll Do

Campaign Execution & Demand Generation
Plan and execute full marketing campaigns end to end, from creative concept and asset production through launch, distribution, and measurement
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and channel coordination across email, social, and web




Track campaign performance, report on results, and recommend optimizations based on what the data shows
Support lead nurture and pipeline development in partnership with sales priorities

Copywriting
Write transparent, sharp marketing copy across formats: social media posts, email campaigns, newsletters, web copy, and sales collateral
Adapt tone for different audiences (carriers, reinsurers, MGAs, brokers) while staying true to EigenRisk's brand voice
Write copy that is designed to perform, not just fill space subject lines, CTAs, and headlines matter to you

Design & Creative Production
Design marketing collateral using Canva and Figma: one-pagers, social graphics, email templates, event assets, and campaign creative
Build and design PowerPoint presentations for sales, webinars, and executive use
Maintain visual consistency with EigenRisk's brand guidelines across all assets
