Job Summary

The Showroom In-Charge is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer experience, achieving sales targets, supervising staff, and maintaining showroom standards and inventory coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily showroom operations and opening/closing activities.
Lead and supervise sales executives, telecallers, and support staff.
Ensure monthly and daily vehicle sales targets are achieved.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Monitor walk-in inquiries, test rides, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
Maintain attractive showroom display and visual merchandising standards.
Coordinate with the service and spare parts departments for smooth customer support.
Prepare daily sales reports, inquiry reports, and staff performance updates.
Ensure adherence to Honda/OEM showroom guidelines and company policies.
Conduct daily morning meetings and motivate the sales team.
