Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Property Manager with solid expertise in both US Property Management and US Accounting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing residential properties, lease administration, rent collections, tenant communications, property inspections, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting operations. Experience with AppFolio is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Property Management
Manage day-to-day operations of US residential properties.
Draft, review, and process lease agreements, renewals, lease addendums, and notices.
Track lease expirations and coordinate timely renewals.
Handle tenant move-ins, move-outs, and property transfers.
Schedule and monitor property inspections, re-inspections, and maintenance activities.
Manage tenant communications and resolve property-related concerns.
Coordinate with landlords,



vendors, maintenance teams, and housing authorities.
Maintain accurate property records and compliance documentation.

US Accounting & Financial Management
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Process rent collections, security deposits, late fees, and payment reconciliations.
Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
Reconcile bank accounts, trust accounts, and property ledgers.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Track property expenses, vendor payments, and owner distributions.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Generate rent rolls, delinquency reports, occupancy reports, and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in US Property Management.
Solid experience in US Accounting a
