Sales Consultant – Bajaj

Autoveer is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant for its Bajaj 2-Wheeler showroom in Kurukshetra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable 3-wheeler products, generating sales leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Attend showroom walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
Explain Bajaj 2-wheeler models, features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and offers.
Generate new leads through customer references, field visits, local market activities, and follow-ups.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth buying experience.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, bookings,



and sales.
Participate in promotional activities and local marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on Bajaj 2-wheeler products, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Requirements
12th pass or Graduate preferred.
0–3 years of experience in automobile, commercial vehicle, field sales, or retail sales.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable with field visits and local market sales.
Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp/CRM applications.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
Candidates with knowledge of the Kurukshetra local market will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
