Teleperformance is hiring for Senior Content Developer / Senior Instructional Designer. /n /n Responsibilities: /n We are looking for someone who has: /n ● Design, developed, and implemented learning materials and experiences that align with the organization's learning objectives /n ● Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions /n ● Select and use appropriate instructional strategies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences /n ● Sound knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning principles /n ● Robust written communication skills and working knowledge of editorial requirements, grammar, and instructional design of materials; attention to detail to ensure quality /n /n Qualification:
