The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates for various roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, telecalling, stock market advisory and support roles.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Handle joining formalities and employee onboarding.




- Support HR activities and maintain employee records.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements - 1–3 years of proven recruitment/HR experience.

- Experience in Stock Broking, Financial Services, Advisory, Forex, or similar industries preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
- Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA preferred.
