Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Consultant with 17+ years of experience, preferably from the manufacturing/industrial sector. The candidate should have strong expertise in Plant HR, Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, and HR Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic HR consultation and guidance to senior management.
- Handle Plant HR, Industrial Relations (IR), and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Advise management on manpower planning and workforce optimization.
- Handle blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
- Support recruitment, retention, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Provide guidance on labour-related matters and employee-management relations.
- Conduct HR audits and recommend improvements.
- Support organizational restructuring and change-management initiatives.
- Advise management on HR best practices, employee retention, and productivity improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 17+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, and HR Compliance.




- Experience in Plant HR / Factory HR is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
- Experience managing both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently advise senior management.

Educational Qualification

Mandatory / Preferred:

- Graduate degree – Required
- MBA/PGDM in HR – Preferred
- LLB / Law Degree – Highly Preferred, particularly for candidates with strong experience in Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, and statutory compliance.
- Additional HR/IR certifications will be an advantage.

Candidates with robust manufacturing + Industrial Relations + Labour Law experience will be given preference.

Salary: No fixed salary range. Compensation will be decided based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, expertise, and overall suitability.
