About the Role:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer and Video Editor who can craft visually compelling creatives across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong design sensibility, a deep understanding of typography and color, and the ability to independently conceptualize and execute high-quality visual assets that align with the brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design compelling creatives for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Create website creatives and visual assets that enhance user experience and brand storytelling.
- Develop and maintain brand identity assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Design print-ready files for offline marketing, including standees, banners, brochures, flyers, packaging, and other outdoor marketing materials.
- Ensure proper print specifications, including bleed, color profiles, and resolution for production-ready designs.
- Work extensively with typography, layout, and color systems to create aesthetically strong designs.
- Perform color correction and image enhancement to ensure high visual quality.
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently, taking ownership from ideation to final output.
- Leverage AI tools for image generation and creative ideation to enhance visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate campaign ideas into engaging visuals.
- Stay updated with design trends, AI creative tools,



and digital aesthetics.

Requirements:

- 2-4 yrs + experience in Graphic Designer/Video Editor or in a similar creative role.
- Solid portfolio showcasing social media creatives, website designs, brand identity assets, and print designs.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects etc.) or equivalent design tools.
- Experience preparing print-ready artwork for standees, banners, and outdoor marketing assets.
- Experience with AI-based image generation tools (such as Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar).
- Ability to conceptualize and execute designs independently with minimal supervision.
- Robust attention to detail and visual storytelling ability.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media design requirements.

Preferred:

- Experience designing creatives for performance marketing campaigns and paid ads.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for web creatives.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or simple video editing.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
